Act as a liaison between HN1, provider and contracted health plans concerning all aspects of network participation and provider relations.
Provides advanced technical support to the Organizations' computer equipment and users by performing the following duties.
Evaluates assigned territories and negotiates contracts with physicians, specialists, ancillary providers and hospitals.
Responsible for the daily operations of Health Network One in Florida. Through a matrixed structure, coordinates with a team of 30+ FTEs including the operations, network, provider relations, and sales teams. Maintains relationships with key healthcare providers, payers, lobbyists, legislators, and other influencers. Coordinates with key HN1 leaders across the country. Looks holistically at all Florida HN1 business and manages the P&L. Candidates with more sales experience will be prioritized.
Manages office space including facilities, administration, and information technology. Manages the network and provider relations teams. Performs business development and coordinates with the national sales team and also maintains high level relationships with payers (insurance companies). Creates new leads with both new and existing customers. Meets with key legislative personnel and lobbyists from the healthcare industry.

Through a combination of direct and indirect reporting, supervises a team of 30+ FTEs. Manages the operations, network, provider relations, and sales teams. Maintains relationships with key healthcare providers, payers, lobbyists, legislators, and other influencers. Coordinates with key HN1 leaders across the country. Looks holistically at all Puerto Rico HN1 business and manages the P&L. Candidates with more operational experience will be prioritized.

To supervise, monitor and evaluate the needs and objectives of claims department in in the area of production in order to ascertain that company directives and goals are being met. Ensures the claims process from claims creation, adjudication to claims EOP flows successfully.
