Due to our rapid growth, we have several positions available for remote/on-site positions in the following states (FL, GA, MD, PA, PR, TN and TX). This position is responsible for servicing the needs of patients by receiving phone calls from both members and referrals from providers to facilitate the authorization and coordination of referrals utilizing pre-approved screening criteria in compliance with contracted Client's requirements.
Responsible for analytical review of provider network performance for active, as well as, prospective Clients. Develop and maintain a close working relationship with the internal departments for implementation and operation of new and current Client contracts
Provides advanced technical support to the Organizations' computer equipment and users by performing the following duties.
Responsible for providing support, planning, monitoring and reporting on key projects from conception through implementation related to specific deliverables. The scope and responsibilities include performing a variety of operations and tasks, managing project details, performing analysis, reporting and monitoring and driving project achievement by implementing management best practices. Responsible for tracking daily, weekly, monthly, and annual reporting requirements. Interacts with clients and internal staff to ensure that reports are submitted timely. Responsible for ensuring report submissions are documented, archived, and available for client and/or internal audits. Maintains log of all reporting requirements, tracks and communicates deadlines to internal staff members. Provides updates to departmental stakeholders as requested. Prepares weekly summary of reports that are due for the week, to be presented to Senior Management team each week. Sends reminders to internal staff. Works directly with the Manager, Contractual Reporting to ensure documentation, tracking, and submissions are in compliance with business requirements
Responsible for developing, maintaining and supporting the day-to-day Specialty Provider Networks (SPN) contracting initiatives, which the respective individual manager for Health Network One, Eye Management, and/or Therapy Network (collaboratively referred to as “HN1”).
Audits Provider Contract Module to ensure compliance with policies and procedures. Ensures that protocols are followed with regard to provider contract, contract reimbursement, established guidelines.
