The Manager, Product manages and supports the overall vision, goals and objectives of Health Network One’s products and programs.  This new role will be responsible for management of existing products as well as developing and implementing new products to support growth and customer retention.  The Manager will be responsible for products at various stages of the product lifecycle, including new product development that includes contributing to ground-up product design, strategic planning and go-to-to-market strategy. The Manager, Product will report to the SVP, Product.

 

The Manager will have a deep understanding of Medicare Advantage and/or Commercial plans and clinical programs, as well as strong project management, analytic, research, communication and decision-making skills. This position works closely with Operations, MedEcon/BI, Network Management, Finance, Sales, Marketing and Legal in a highly matrixed organization.

 

The Manager will be adept at working as part of a team to both manage assigned products and programs, as well as contribute to building out the Product department processes and tools. This individual thrives in evaluating and interpreting market dynamics, identifying and quantifying opportunities, managing cross functional implementation plans, developing processes, navigating ambiguity and leading work in a matrixed environment. Excellent organizational skills, an orientation to detail, the ability to lead thru influence and the demonstrated ability to deliver quality, finished work are a must.
