The Information System Security Analyst is responsible for safeguarding the healthcare organization's computer systems and networks from cyber threats. This role involves continuous monitoring of systems for security breaches, implementing robust security measures, and responding promptly to incidents. The analyst will develop and enforce comprehensive security policies, conduct regular security audits, and ensure compliance with healthcare industry standards and regulations such as HIPAA and HITRUST. Additionally, the analyst will collaborate closely with the IT department to maintain the security of sensitive data, provide expert technical advice on security protocols, and train staff on best practices for security procedures. The primary objective is to protect the organization's digital assets from unauthorized access, modification, and destruction, thereby ensuring the integrity, confidentiality, and availability of information.
The Recruiter will play a key role in supporting the growth and success of the organization by identifying, engaging, and hiring qualified candidates for a variety of roles across the organization. This individual will collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand the staffing needs, create effective recruitment strategies, and deliver a high-quality candidate experience. The Recruiter will support the recruitment process from sourcing through to onboarding, ensuring alignment with the company’s values and culture.
Identify, collect, assess, monitor, and document claims and encounter coding information as it pertains to Medicare and Medicaid. Verify and ensure the accuracy, completeness, specificity, and appropriateness of diagnosis codes based on services rendered. Review medical record information to identify all appropriate coding based on CMS HCC categories and CMS documentation and Support Guidelines. Support and participate in prospective and retrospective MRA Reviews.
